20 minute visual meditation on the Phoenix Screen, followed by 10 minute contemplation/discussion.

This series is beneficial for anyone seeking a moment of stillness and ease. No previous meditation experience necessary.

Your Teacher

Sanjay has been meditating for over 20 years. He has studied and practiced many techniques including ‘still mind’, ‘analytical’ and ‘mindful’ meditation. His daily practice includes Tibetan Buddhist meditation on compassion and wisdom.
