Why I love what I do
Yoga changed my life.
I discovered Ashtanga Yoga back in 2009, living in Antibes, France at that time. I got completed hooked. At that time I was working within the IT Corporate world in busy and stressful environments and yoga helped me in reducing my stress level, performing better at work, living a better life.
I discovered how breathing exercises can impact my mood, my life and interaction to others. Since then I have been loving the energy of such “moving meditation” practice, being fully immersed in the breath and the linked postures.
Yoga makes a positive and profound impact on the quality of life giving a path to inner peace and happiness. It is a powerful tool, accessible to everyone, every body, everywhere where connecting to the breath is essential. Yoga is offered to us, it equips us to live our life at the fullest. Why not use it? Fully committed to Health&Wellbeing, I am passionate to share the benefits of a regular Yoga practice with you.
“If anybody can breathe, they can do Yoga.”– T Krishnamacharya
