Covid-19

In the event where the government mandates Phoenix Yoga Studios to close, all memberships and passes will continue unless we receive in writing (via email) a request to suspend or extend within 48hrs of a closure.

General Notes

  1. Phoenix Yoga Studios reserves the right to refuse entry.
  1. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Phoenix Yoga Studios is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
  1. The door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class for safety and security. No late entry is permitted.
  1. Phoenix Yoga Studios is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
  1. All purchases are final. Phoenix Yoga Studios does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
  1. All passes and memberships are non-transferable.
  1. Passes and memberships may not be shared. Anyone caught sharing memberships will be denied entry and forfeit their pass or membership permanently.
  1. Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 2 hours before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window (of 2 hours) you will be charged $15 for the class (this does not apply to Live Stream bookings).
  1. No entry is permitted after the class-start time. You may only leave a class early under emergency circumstances, as the building is located for safety and security during class.
  1. Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, memberships or products. They are not redeemable for cash.
  1. In attending classes at Phoenix Yoga Studios, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Phoenix Yoga Studios or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  1. Fees may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs.
  1. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class, as there is no late admittance. The studios are open 25 minutes before class start times.
  1. Check-in at reception for all classes.
  1. No personal belongings in the Yoga studios other than water and towel. There are pigeon holes in the Yoga studios for small items such as keys, wallets and phones. Please ensure that your phone is switched to airplane mode, or completely off.
  1. No glass water bottles.
  1. Listen carefully to the teacher’s instructions.
  1. You may lie down at any time to take rest, but commit to staying in the room for the entire class.
  1. If you have hired a mat please wipe it down with products provided and also the space surrounding your mat if you have sweated a bit.

14 Day Intro

  1. This membership is available to new students to Phoenix Yoga Studios only. You must live within 20kms from the studio.
  1. Only one Intro Membership per person.
  1. The 14 Day Intro is valid for 14 days as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. Must be activated within 6 months of purchase date.
  1. This membership allows you to 4 regularly scheduled yoga and meditation classes in Studio 1 and Studio 2, but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.
  1. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on this intro membership for any reason.
  1. Memberships may not be shared or transferred for any reason at any time. Anyone sharing memberships and does so expressly without the consent of Phoenix Yoga Studios will be denied all future entry and forfeit their membership.
  1. Booking etiquette: Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 2 hours before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window (of 2 hours) you will forfeit the class from your pass.
  1. No entry is permitted after the class start time and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

1 Class

  1. Single classes expire in 6 months of purchase.
  1. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason.
  1. Booking etiquette: Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 2 hours before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window (of 2 hours) you will be charged $15 for the class, and the single class you purchased may be used at a later time.

10 & 20 Class

  1. Validity: 10 class passes and 20 class passes expire in 4 months of the activation of the pass. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. Must be activated within 6 months of purchase date.
  1. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason. In extreme cases expired classes can be credited to another pass once it is purchased. The credit will be added on a single class pricing basis. Credit will only be applied if you have contacted us within 30 days of your pass expiring.
  1. Booking etiquette: Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 2 hours before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window (of 2 hours) you will be charged $15 for the class, and the class from your pass will be returned to use at a later time.
  1. If you have added a donation to your 10 or 20 Class Pass, this payment will be used to provide funding for charitable organisations chosen by both Phoenix Yoga Studios and sometimes students. These organisations will be within Australia, but may provide services outside Australia. This payment is non-refundable.

HAPPY 1 Class/Week Membership (No Contract)

1. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Phoenix Yoga Studios is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

2. The minimum term is 4 consecutive weeks (28 days). No suspensions within the first 4 weeks.

3. Fees: 1 Class/Week Membership is $88 on an autopay schedule every 28 days. This allows you 2 classes per week, accessing regularly scheduled classes in Studio 1 and Studio 2. This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account once per fortnight via a third party biller Ezidebit. No additional transaction fees are charged for auto-debits.

It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the fortnightly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Phoenix Yoga Studios reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed.

4. Failed transactions: If your auto-debit is directly from your bank account and is declined or has insufficient funds, the transaction will fail and yields additional bank costs. Unfortunately, Ezidebit is unable to absorb these costs and applies a $14.80 fee for these failed transactions. If your auto-debit is from a credit or debit card and is declined or has insufficient funds a charge of $5 will be added to your account for each failed attempt.

The terms and conditions of our third party biller Ezidebit form a binding component of your membership agreement. They can be found in hard copy at reception or on the bottom left of our website www.phoenixyogastudios.com.au titled Ezidebit T&C’s.

5. Phoenix Yoga Studios is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

6.If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Phoenix Yoga Studios may in its absolute discretion, process payment anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.

7. If auto-debit payments fail, Phoenix Yoga Studios may in its absolute discretion cancel the membership.

HAPPIER 2 Class/Week Membership (No Contract)

1. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Phoenix Yoga Studios is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

2. The minimum term is 4 consecutive weeks (28 days). No suspensions within the first 4 weeks.

3. Fees: 2 Class/Week Membership is $144 on an autopay schedule every 28 days. This allows you 2 classes per week, accessing regularly scheduled classes in Studio 1 and Studio 2. This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account once per fortnight via a third party biller Ezidebit. No additional transaction fees are charged for auto-debits.

3. Fees: Unlimited Membership is $200 on an autopay schedule every 28 days. This allows you 2 classes per week, accessing regularly scheduled classes in Studio 1 and Studio 2. This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account once per fortnight via a third party biller Ezidebit. No additional transaction fees are charged for auto-debits.

TOTAL BLISS Unlimited Membership (6 Month Contract)

1. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Phoenix Yoga Studios is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

2. The minimum term is 26 consecutive weeks.

3. Fees: Unlimited Membership is $76 on an autopay schedule every 14 days. This allows you unlimited classes, accessing regularly scheduled classes in Studio 1 and Studio 2. This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account once per fortnight via a third party biller Ezidebit. No additional transaction fees are charged for auto-debits.

10. Early Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. However, if you terminate before the initial 26 weeks, the termination fee is 25% of remaining contract plus $50 admin fee.

Self-Care

  1. Self-Care passes expire in 3 months of purchase. Gift Cards for Self-Care sessions expire in 6 months of purchase.

  1. Booking etiquette: Please book before 24hours of the time you wish to receive your Treatment.
  1. Cancellations: Must be made prior to 24hours of your booking time to organise a rescheduling. If a cancellation is made within the 24hours of your booking Phoenix Yoga Studios reserves the right to deny a reschedule or refund of the service.

Gift Cards

  1. All Gift Cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
  1. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason.
