Take your practice further in our Level 2 Intro to Flow Course.
Over 6 weeks we will explore the ‘core’ or ‘inner strength’ of the body, creating a solid foundation through the legs, hips and lower abdominals. We will also take a look at more challenging ways to approach your practice and dive further into the key driver for all our movement – the breath:
• Week 1: Revive – Finding the breath
• Week 2: Foundations – Grounding and strength
• Week 3: Lifting Up – Using the core to bring ‘lightness’
• Week 4: Expanding – Deepening our awareness
• Week 5: Advancing – Inversions
• Week 6: Soaring – Taking our practice to the next level
The class is open to all who have completed level 1 course, and to those who have had yoga experience.

Duration of course: 6 weeks
Practice your skills by signing up for Pricing Option 2 or 3 and attend up to 2 more classes each week! This is a great way to develop your strength and flexibility faster. Try a Yin Yoga class and feel deeply nourished, or Revive for a gentle end to your day.
Caitlin will guide you gently through your yoga practice, leading you towards a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of your body, breath and mind.
