Phoenix has a number of courses, workshops and study programs to develop your knowledge and experience of yoga. These make up our ‘Basic Study for Students’ program. You can take just one or slowly make your way through them all.

As you continue through the program you will also develop a relationship with other students and your teacher – a very important step in further study. This is known as ‘sangha’ – the community of like minded individuals on the spiritual path.
