Ayurveda Challenge

21 Days

Cleanse and heal with Ayurveda

The change of seasons brings about many changes within the body. As winter melts into spring, the birds, bees, flowers, trees and human hearts are all nourished by more and more sunlight. We may bask in that sunlight, but often we find ourselves still sluggish from winter, with too much on our plates and seasonal allergies to boot!  The wisdom of Ayurveda is here to help us balance the shift of seasons and get us glowing, not sneezing all spring.

Starts 1 September 2019

Spring is about new beginnings, setting roots that sustain us in summer and autumn. This spring, let’s commit to sustaining and thriving – through yoga, deep breaths and cleansed bodies!

• Helps to balance the heavy and dulling qualities of Kapha dosha in your physiology.
• Improve your ability to taste your food.

We will make use of Ayurvedic digestive teas to assist in the transition from winter to spring, removing unwanted toxins from the digestive tract.

These teas are very simple to make and lovely to drink.
