The opportunity to observe the change, growth in both mind and strength over an extended period of time was an incredible experience. Although I have my limitations I have the power to change them.

I love the way I feel at the end of this program. Such a great sense of achievement! No one will regret doing this program, it's amazing.

The physical aspect is challenging but the massages included in the program are amazing. I lost 3.6kg during the process and my core strength started to improve. My emotional state was also affected in the positive direction. A deeper understanding of how you feel and respond come clear during the practice.

The Path to Your Inner Self

Why 108 Days?

The number 108 has been used for centuries by many traditions, the most commonly known use is the mala or prayer beads. The mala is used as a guide when performing mantra practice, keeping the mind clear and centred when completing large numbers of repetitions. When we have chanting sessions we will repeat mantras 108 times, or multiples of this. In Buddhism this number is reached by multiplying the senses smell, touch, taste, hearing, sight and consciousness (6) by whether they are painful, pleasant or neutral (3), and then again by whether these are internally generated or externally occurring (2), and yet again by past, present and future (3) – 6 x 3 x 2 x 3 = 108.

A couple of other cool meanings include:

1, 0, and 8: Some say that 1 stands for God or higher Truth, 0 stands for emptiness or completeness in spiritual practice, and 8 stands for infinity or eternity.

Sun and Earth: The diameter of the Sun is 108 times the diameter of the Earth. The distance from the Sun to the Earth is 108 times the diameter of the Sun.

Moon and Earth: The average distance of the Moon from the Earth is 108 times the diameter of the Moon.
